Ordering and Wholesale

With a wide variety of pies, cakes and sweets available to order, Wanda’s is sure to have something to satisfy your cravings! We take pride in having the highest quality and freshest ingredients.
When you are looking for something special for your event (or to satisfy your sweet tooth craving) our friendly order desk will be happy to assist you.

THANKSGIVING ORDERS
Our order desk for Thanksgiving 2026 will be open until Tuesday October 6th at 4:00pm. We will have lots of pies available for walk-in purchase over Thanksgiving weekend if you miss the order cut-off.
We will not be taking orders for any cookies, tarts, squares, Lemon Meringue, vegan pies, or gluten-free pies. We will be able to accommodate some cake orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for details.

We ask for two business days’ notice when placing a pre-order. All orders for a Sunday or Monday must be placed by Friday at 12:00pm* as our office is closed on weekends. For any bulk orders, custom requests, or slab cakes at least 4 days notice is preferred. Please note that we do not always have every item readily available, so it is always best to contact us as early as possible!
Some items are available in a shorter turnaround – please call us to check if you are past the two day minimum.
Pre-payment by visa/mastercard or in person advance payment is required for all pre-orders.
*Please allow extra time/contact us for order desk hours for any holidays or special occasions.

DELIVERY:

We deliver in downtown Toronto on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for a $20.00 fee, and on Saturdays for a $30.00 fee. Orders typically arrive during the hours of approximately 10:30am and 2:30pm, however location and date may effect those times. We do not offer timed deliveries. The base delivery fee for downtown orders is $20.00 and we require 2 business days’ notice. Delivery fee and availability for West End/East End/Mid Town deliveries are determined on a case-by-case basis as we do not go to those locations every delivery day. Please contact us for details.

100% of all delivery fees go directly to our driver.

WHOLESALE:
We develop a personal relationship with our wholesale clients. If you are interested in Wanda’s products for your business please contact us to set up a meeting.
